Which workspace is ours? Somebody you bring in becomes a member of it — that membership is what lets them sign in at all, and the per-client access below is granted on top of it. Never a client's workspace.

Send one of these to someone who has no portal login. They see your open times and the window labels on them — nothing else, and no other client's booking.
A monthly server fee, a retainer — anything that bills itself. Each one writes a my draft invoice on its day: invisible to the client until you either send it or put it to them as a customer draft to check.

Three tiers carry severity. The rest describe how much the panel actually knows, which is a different question and is never shown in colour.

It is not evidence.The self-serve links this client sees at the top of their portal. Links must be https.
